Your order processing and despatch is excellent. Unfortunately, the courier delivery you chose (Pos Malaysia) to use to deliver your product is a huge disservice to your customers and your company’s good service. I would have been willing to pay a little more for better And reliable courier service. I have yet to receive my order, the tracking of order from pos Malaysia is useless and they are uncontactable
